Day 2: STONE TOWN & JOZANI

This morning, we depart for the idyllic beach town of Paje, but first, we dive into a poignant chapter of Zanzibar’s history with a visit to the Slave Trade Market. This deeply moving experience will offer you a sobering glimpse into the island's past as a central hub in the Indian Ocean slave trade. The visit is both educational and emotional, providing a deeper understanding of Zanzibar's complex history and the resilience of its people.

Afterwards, we’ll shift to a lighter note as we explore the natural beauty of Jozani National Park. It’s the perfect balance of history, nature, and relaxation.

Day 3: EXPLORE LOCAL CAVES

Our first full day in Paje offers a perfect blend of cultural exploration and relaxation. We’ll start by visiting Kuza Cave, a sacred Swahili cave with a natural spring steeped in local legend. As you explore this mystical site, you’ll learn about its significance to the local communities and perhaps even take a refreshing dip in its clear, cool waters. Afterwards, we’ll continue our cultural journey with a visit to the nearby Swahili Caves, where you can delve deeper into the island’s rich history and traditions.

The afternoon is dedicated to pure relaxation. Whether you choose to unwind with a soothing massage, lounge on the beach with a good book, or simply take in the stunning views, this is your time to recharge and reflect on the incredible experiences you’ve had so far. It’s the perfect way to cap off your time in Paje, ensuring you leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

After our ocean adventure, you'll have the afternoon free to relax or engage in more watersports. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, there's something for everyone, from kite surfing to paddleboarding. In the evening, we'll dive into the culinary traditions of Zanzibar with a Swahili cooking class.
